- Store delivery takes from 3 to 7 working days.
- The store is on a shared host and store files and all data are secured by lamasio private hosting and servers.
- Only lamasio has access to the host or the server and site files.
- Domain amount is not refundable and it's 19$.
- To cancel the 12-month contract before the 12 months customer must pay the current month + 1-month cancelation fees. "for example: if the customer pays 29$ every month to cancel customer will pay 29+29=58$
- Customers without contract can cancel anytime for free
- All payments are upfront.
- If the customer didn't pay and the customer is without a contract, the site will be down after 7 days of the due date
- If the customer didn't pay and the customer is with a contract, the site will be down after 7 days of the due date, and the customer will be charged for the cancelation fees and will not be able to be with the contract again.
- All site content is the customer's responsibility and If there is any illegal content the customer is the one who is responsible for this.
- The customer has the right to cancel the yearly plan anytime but there is no refund in this case.
